New Jersey! Despite a freeway closure that made our 20 min ride to the airport an hour and a half, we made it on our plane in one piece! The boys were so good on the flight that the pilot let them land the plane. They did an excellent job! J/K
We stayed in a hotel for 3 days till our furnished apartment was ready. The boys obviously shared a bed!

Jaren was so excited to be out of his car seat, when we got to the hotel he was all smiles and giggles!

Making our 10 pieces of checked luggage under 50 lbs was a trick. We ended up shoving things in places that didn't make sense. Including Nick's toothbrush. Luckily the boys had a Crayola one that hadn't been used! Not to worry we did find his tooth brush when we unpacked at our new home!
Moving!!! We are on our 9th move since we have been married, crazy! This move has been our most challenging. We got rid of most our furniture, and a ton of our stuff. Nick got a job with Johnson and Johnson, we will be in Jersey for 6 months doing training and then 2 years in Puerto Rico. We ended up storing our food storage, desk, bed, antique table, photo albums, and 31 boxes. We moved to NJ with 10 suitcases, 5 carry ons, 5 personal bags, and car seats! (However, one suitcase didn't make it ~ hopefully they find it soon!)
Owen had fun pretending our luggage was a fighter jet.

The last weeks of May were filled with saying good bye to friends and family! We couldn't have made this move without all their help!!!!!!
Buddies since our Higley days the Florys!

Uncle Allen even flew in from Utah to meet Jaren and say goodbye!

More family!
Happy Baby! Jaren loves to be sitting up, but since he is only 4 months this is the next best thing. He loves sitting in his Bumbo, and now (thanks to Grandma and Grandpa Faler) he has a cool tray to keep the toys he is playing with in reach! This has been a big week for Jaren he started rolling over on Tuesday!
My Baby Girl Twins! We were having a little too much fun at Grandma's house!

Another Graduation! Owen graduated from Kindergarten. They had a really nice program, including singing a song about going to 1st grade to the tune of the Adams family. They had each child present a flower to their parent. When they read their name they said what that child wanted to be when they grew up. When it was Owen's turn they said, "Owen Winward, he wants to be a secret agent, shhhh don't tell!" That's our Owen!

Owen loved his teacher Mrs. Rapalas, she was wonderful!

Here is the card he made for teacher appreciation! Notice how artistic (the top of the boat is blue and the bottom is yellow, just like its matching letter B). I was very impressed!

This is what he wrote on the inside. Cute huh! (Not sure why this didn't upload straight, I tried it twice.)
Mothers Day! At Corbin's preschool they had a pamper your mother day. It was really fun! Corbin painted my nails, did my hair, gave me a massage, and read me a book. They had cookies and strawberries for a treat. At the end of class Corbin brought me a rose! It was a treat!
Baby Blessing! The same weekend of Nick's Graduation we also were able to bless Jaren. We waited till now because of Nick's Graduation. The down side however was that Jaren was such a chunk that he didn't fit into half of his outfit! Luckily we were able to squeeze him into his jacket and we were able to borrow white pants from his cousin. There was no way his pants we fitting past those thunder thighs!

Lucky Owen to have Lynette Rapalas for his teacher! I worked with her for 18+ years at Pioneer. She's a wonderful person and a great teacher. We miss you guys already!!!
Wow! So much going on for you and so many fun pictures! :) I'm glad the move is working out OK so far -- I hope the airline finds your bag!
Maddy you guys are awesome! I've been reading all about your adventures...Puerto Rico! Wow - congrats Nick on graduating and a great job.
Your boys have gotten so big! I still remember you cutting up raisins for Owen to eat because he didn't have molars yet...and my little guy was not even rolling over yet!
You look amazing Maddy! Way to go...it gets harder to find the energy and time to work out with three kids...I am seriously impressed. And I love that you got braces! I never thought you needed anything fixed...did I miss something? :)
It's good to be back in touch. I'm so excited for you guys and all your exciting news. Can't wait to see more pics...of that adorable chunky baby boy!
PS - I forgot to give you a little update on us...
Craig is working for Eli Lilly and we're in western WA. We had another baby boy. He just turned 1 - it goes way faster for me with each one.
Yep, Shboy still plays with his belly button...just not as often. Mostly when he's going to sleep. He cracks me up!
Hey guys! So glad you guys made it there in one piece--except for that suitcase I guess! I love the pics, especially your twin girls. LOL. We already miss you and the boys :)
Yay for Jersey! We should come visit you guys. I served my mission in the northen 1/3 of the state. I can't believe you are then moving to Puerto Rico, maybe we'll wait till then to come visit!!
OR. . . you could come to NJ and Puerto Rico!
Wow, you guys are keeping busy. I can't even imagine deciding what to take with us and getting rid of everything else. I'm glad it's you and not us...for now. Good luck with everything. Happy graduation Owen!
Thanks for including me in your updates. I really liked the picture of the boys landing the plane. Say hello to Owen for me and tell him to keep reading this summer. Good luck on this new adventure.!
