(I added some more pictures today (Tuesday, October 20th) from the Rainforest off my Mom's camera.)
Surprises from Grandma!
The boys have enjoyed all the surprises that my parents have brought them. They have done crafts and experiments. Grandma worked really hard to make the boys a "secret hideout". It fits over the table and has a spot for a puppet show, a window, a bean bag toss, and of course a door. The boys loved it!
Dinner
Their trip wouldn't have been complete without a stop at Sizzler one of my parents favorite restaurants which they don't have in AZ.
We made a trip to the Rainforest. My mom got some good pictures of the boys swinging on the vines and some from a look out point, I will try to get those from her. We had a great time and even had a picnic complete with peanut butter oreos!
Our fam
The whole gang
Mom and Me
Our family on the tower.
(side note: lately in a lot of the pictures we have Jaren he is pinching one or more of his cheeks. When you say "say cheese" he thinks you are saying cheeks.)
Old San Juan
We made another trip to Old San Juan to fly kites and see the cemetery. The boys found a bunch of pigeons that they wanted to scare and found out that they didn't scare, it was funny to watch them run around and the bird just stayed where they were or moved a little to avoid being trampled.
Pretty fountain
Getting cooled off with a snow cone, yummy!
The cemetery next to El Morro.
My mom and I toured the cemetery while the boys flew the kite. It seems all my favorite pictures of my mom are with her hair in the wind. Doesn't she look cute!
We found a little friend that the boys REALLY wanted to take home!
From down in the cemetery we got a cool shot of the kite that the boys got up really high!
My mom even took a turn flying it.
We got a kick out of how huge this cruise ship was that leaving.
We are sure loving having my parents here. It is sad that we only have one more day with them! The boys are still trying to talk them into staying for 10 more weeks, or at least till Halloween!

How awesome is that fort/puppet theater?! Can I adopt your mom? Or she adopt me? Either way...

Awesome! It looks soooo pretty there!
What fun we had - Owen and Corbin wanted to sleep in the fort/puppet theater! Do you think they could have lasted all night? I loved the rainforest and climbing the tower and the cemetery -all of the statues were amazing! What a fun, relaxing vacation!
