Today was a wonderful perfect day! Nick arrived safely late last night from Puerto Rico. We were both grateful that I didn't have the baby early.
(Even though I am 4 centimeters dilated and 70% effaced.)
Nick, Jaren, and I went to lunch at Charley's Stakery with Nick's parents. We put Jaren down for his nap and we decided to take naps too! After the boys got home from school we went to Bahama Buck to celebrate Owen getting a "Knight Worthy Student" recognition from school. The boys school had a parent/student night that we went to. We got to see things they have been working on and see their classrooms. It was fun for the boys to get to show us around. They are both doing really well. Next, gave each of the boys a present. Inside were the stories they had entered into the PBS GO Kids writing contest that we made into books and a treat.
Then we told Corbin that he won FIRST place for Kindergarten. He was really excited and Owen was really happy for him. Jaren was just excited to get Car books. Love Corbin's face!
We had dinner at Chick-Fil-A. The boys had a fun time playing on the playground there.
To finish our fun filled evening after baths Nick read to the boys for 30 min. They are excited and said really sweet prayers for the new baby and me. They are really looking forward to meeting their new brother or sister!

What a fun family time you planned! What I really loved was how excited Owen was that his brother Corbin won first place! Owen was so proud and happy for his brother!
